Kera leads our therapy organization at Sunflower. She builds clinical programs that feel human, accessible, and grounded in trauma-informed care. She focuses on creating systems where clients can grow and clinicians feel supported, connected, and able to do their best work.
Before Sunflower, Kera spent four years at Charlie Health, the virtual intensive outpatient provider. She built its experiential therapy department from the ground up, then led national group therapy operations, growing the program from 8 clinicians to more than 300 and building quality standards used across hundreds of thousands of virtual sessions.
As VP of Therapy, she shapes the structure of our telehealth clinic, guides clinical quality, and develops scalable processes for a compassionate and effective approach to addiction recovery. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from West Chester University and bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and psychology from Temple University.
