Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Koby Empire, Inc. (app developer), concerning your access to and use of the Sunflower website and related services. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

SMS Messaging

The Services may include an AI-powered SMS text messaging feature that allows users to exchange text-based messages with Sam. Sam is an automated system and does not provide medical, clinical, or emergency services. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used to provide the messaging service and are not sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Responses are generated automatically and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all situations;
• The feature is provided for general support and informational purposes only;
• You are solely responsible for decisions or actions you take based on any responses;
• You will not use this feature if you are actively suicidal, going through detox, or need to go to the hospital.

You agree not to use the messaging feature to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, or to attempt to interfere with or misuse the system. We may suspend or terminate access to the messaging feature if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms. Use of the AI messaging feature is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and is subject to the limitations of liability and disclaimers set forth in these Terms.

The Site is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. We disclaim all warranties related to the Site and you use the Site at your own risk.
